Jeremy Scott has done it again! He has managed to top his previous McDonalds and Spongebob line with barbie themed Moschino at last night's show in Milan
In every seat was a boxed Moschino Barbie and a
hand held mirror Iphone case following up Jeremy Scott's previous cartoon rubberised McDonald's case. Jeremy Scott is in no way toneing it down and rightly so! His taste in popular culture is clearly working as all of his garments and accessories are selling and fast!
Scott literally created living dolls, the platinum blonde wigs placed perfectly, legs and arms were sheened to the max to create a 'plastic' look as they all totted down the runway.
The first half of the fifteen minute show was predominantly bubblegum pink, as barbie should be! We even saw model Charlotte Fee rollar blade down the runway replicating roller barbie. Of course the runway soundtrack was Aqua's 'Barbie Girl' what else could it be!?
By far the best was saved to last with the 80s inspired metallic polka dot dress with iredesent ruffles! Which highly resembles the real deal worn by barbie herself.In addition to Marc Jacobs' 'Dream House' shoes is Barbie officially making a comeback? Let's just hope that Scott's BFF Miley Cyrus incorporates some Moschino barbie in to her everyday attire!
